PLEASE READ AND SIGN OUR POLICIES AS WELL AS COMPLETE THE CONSULTATION FORM BELOW PRIOR TO YOUR MEET AND GREET WITH OUR TEAM.
ONCE COMPLETED WE WILL FORWARD TO YOUR ASSIGNED PET PROFESSIONAL.
Below is a helpful checklist for you to use that includes items we require to have on hand for your dogs stay with us
Food & Food Bowls
Food and water bowls
Food- and extra food! (Travel plans can sometimes have delays, make sure you bring enough food, measurements indicated, for the entire stay + one-two days extra).
Treats (Daily treats and any specialty ones they love to help with crating, rewards for potty etc).
Medication (Any meds they are used to taking, with clear instructions of how to administer. Please provide pill pockets if needed).
Walks
Collar and Harness (Even if they only use a harness outdoors and no collar, please provide a collar for them. In case they do not let us harness, it is great to have a backup option for walks).
Leash
Supply of waste bags (Each roll comes with ~15 bags, if they have a normal BM of twice daily, we recommend 1 roll p/week they are with us).
Be sure your dogs are UTD with their Microchip information and personal ID Tags
Fun
Toys (Never too many! Load us up with their favorites).
Slow feeder or snuffle mat if that is in their routine.
Kongs are great fun and exercise if your pup enjoys them!
Comfort
Bedding (Blanket(s) or bed that they love at home).
Crate (Please provide their kennel if they are crate-trained and any bedding/towels that they use).
Anxiety pup? (Thundershirt, CDB, anxiety meds, comfort toys, a shirt/sweater of your own. Whatever makes them feel at ease for potential separation anxiety or thunderstorms).
Brush (Long coat? If they regularly get brushed, please provide one and we would be happy to keep up the routine!)
